Laffy Taffy is a brand of candy first produced in the 1970s as “Beich’s (Name of Flavor) Caramels”, though in fact they were fruit-flavored taffy squares. Laffy Taffy is a brand of taffy manufactured by Nestlé and sold under their Willy Wonka Candy Company brand. About 500 million are produced annually in at least 21 varieties. They are widely available and popular in the United States, with 2015 revenues of $575 million. Slim Jim is an American brand of jerky snacks or dried sausage sold globally and manufactured by ConAgra Brands.
